Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Rise & Run iOS app (“Rise & Run”, “we”) collects, why, and who processes it. Rise & Run is a stair stringer calculator. It is operated by Uladzislau Yasinski, a sole proprietor (NIP 5273049048), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11 lok. 9, 03-318 Warsaw, Poland (data controller). 1. Data we collect

The app has no account and no sign-in. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial information, and we do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising.

We do not use advertising or product-analytics SDKs. PDF export and the system share sheet send a file only to the destination you choose.
3. Retention and deletion
On-device data stays until you delete it or delete the app. You can ask us to delete support emails by writing to support@stairstringer.aeoriaapps.com. Purchase records may be retained where the law, or Apple, requires it.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and California), you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email support@stairstringer.aeoriaapps.com; we respond within 30 days. Stair calculations live on your device, so deleting the app removes them from that device.
5. Children
Rise & Run is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Security
Calculator data stays on your device. Messages you send us are transmitted to our email provider. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
7. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
